Message	:The coolant temperature sensor ele connection was correded :the car is starting fine now,but if the ECU was preventing the car from starting,would it prevent the starter from engaging, so the engine wouldn't turn over,? As I recall, no, the computer simply cuts spark; I may be wrong though.
